Bruning Farms has been a U.S. Premium Beef shareholder since 2001. For the last 15 years, we have collected individual carcass data to track genetic improvement.

In 2015, four pot loads of home-bred and raised Bruning Farms genetics graded 100% Choice and an average of 17.8% Prime with 28% Yield Grade 2 and 55% Yield Grade 3.

In all, nearly 300 head of cattle averaged 98% USDA Choice or higher.

You can expect a greater return on high quality Bruning Farms genetic influence. As one of only three Qualified Seedstock Providers in Nebraska, we have the opportunity to officer a share leasing program for customers as well as interest in buying back Bruning Farms' genetically influenced calves at weaning.
